Shocking, huh? Betcha never thought you’d hear a networker say that.
But it’s true. There is no BEST comp plan. At least not a best comp plan for everyone. There’s
no “One Size Fits All” plan that is THE best plan no matter who you are.
But there IS a best plan for YOU.
Different plans put emphasis on different things. And incentivize different behavior. (Yes, I know “incentivize”
isn’t a real word!)
Some plans are front end plans and encourage heavy recruiting. Others are back end plans that encourage
team and customer development.
You’ve got your matrixes and coded bonuses as well.
And in any plan, you’ll find people making lots of money.
The key is don’t get caught up in the hype of what somebody else is doing or making. Take the time
to find the best plan for you and your style of building. For what’s important to you.
But the components that make the plan unique are stuff like:
- Generous 2-level Fast Start Bonuses that pay you anywhere from 10% to 30% on the first month purchases of new Franchise Owners that you help get started in business.
- Bonus Pools that pay hundreds to thousands of dollars to brand new people that get off to a strong start
- $3,000 to $18,000/month of guaranteed Bridge Money to help you transition from part-time to full-time income. (Frankly, I think this one will have a long-term effect on the entire industry!)
The plan works. We’ve got all types of people making money. From over 200 new people who’ve earned between $3,000 and $20,000 in their first month (last 90 days). To over 20 people who’ve achieved $100,000/month +. To our top earner who’s over $400,000+
